  3. Objection against the processing of your data or withdrawal of consent

This is the case if it’s processing is not required for fulfilling a contract to which you are a party, but for other purposes, details of which we will provide in the description of those processes below. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to give the reasons why we should not process your personal data in the manner we intend.   4. Collection of personal data when you visit our website
    1. When you visit our website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. When you visit our website we will collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (the legal basis being Article 6(1) 1 lit. f GDPR):

      The above data will be stored in a so-called log file for the duration of 7 days, after which it will be deleted.

    2. In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you visit our website. Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your hard drive which transmit certain information back to the party that has set the cookie (in this case, us).   5. Contacting us by e-mail
    1. When you contact us by e-mail, we will store the data you provide (your e-mail address and – where applicable – your name, telephone number and your message) in order to answer your query. Once storage is no longer necessary, we will delete all data collected with regard to your query or we will restrict its processing if statutory retention obligations exist.
    2. We process this data to respond to your request or queries. Said processing takes place for the purposes of our legitimate interests (Article 6 (1)1 1 lit. b GDPR), as it enables us to communicate with you in a satisfactory manner.
  6. jQuery

    This website uses the javascript library jQuery to optimise loading speeds. In other words, program libraries will be loaded from Google servers, using Google’s CDN (content delivery network). If you loaded jQuery from Google’s CDN before on another page, your browser will use the cached copy. Otherwise, your browser will download these program libraries, meaning data will be sent from your browser to Google Inc. “(“Google”). This transmission is based on our legitimate interests within the scope of Article 6 (1)1 1 lit. b GDPR.

  7. Embedded Videos (JW Player)
    1. This website uses the JW Player to embed and play videos, a service provided by LongTail Ad Solutions, Inc., d/b/a JW Player, 2 Park Avenue, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10016, US.
    2. The provision and playback of these videos on our website means your browser will connect to LongTail’s servers. During this process data will be transferred to LongTail’s servers in the US, including your IP address, browser details, the time and date of your visit, the videos played, when and how long they were played, and other aggregated data, as well as, in the case of mobile devices, the type of device, the device ID, the device IP, operating system details and diagnostic data.
    3. We use the JW Player to enable you to view clips that have been cast by us. This is a legitimate interest. The legal basis for our usage of the plug-in is Article 6 (1) 1 lit. f GDPR.

    We maintain a company profile on the following social networks and platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Tumbler. We maintain these profiles in order to communicate with our customers, users and interested parties and in order to provide further information about our products and activities. In the case of any messages or contributions we receive on these profiles, we will process your data to enable us to communicate with you. This is a legitimate interest; the legal basis is Article 6 (1) 1 lit f GDPR. No further storage of this communication takes place outside of these networks on our part.
